Ellenville Regional Hospital is proud to announce that two of its employees, James Dyer, Manager of Ancillary Services and Krista Usko, Manager of Emergency Services, have successfully completed the Leadership Ulster program through the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The program culminated in a recognition ceremony held on June 10, 2025, honoring the accomplishments of the 2025 cohort.
Leadership Ulster is a hallmark initiative of the Ulster Chamber Foundation. Since 1993, the program—formerly known as the Ulster Leadership Development Institute, has helped develop more than 500 individuals into leaders across business, government, nonprofit, and community sectors. The nine-month program includes interactive training, mentoring, and engagement with key regional stakeholders, aimed at refining leadership, entrepreneurial, and team-building skills. Participants in the program are selected for their potential as emerging leaders and their commitment to community engagement.
“We are incredibly proud of James and Krista for their dedication and growth throughout this program,” said Keith Edwards, Director of Human Resources and Marketing at Ellenville Regional Hospital. “Their participation reflects not only their personal commitment to leadership, but also our hospital’s ongoing investment in employee development and community leadership.”
The hospital extends its congratulations to both graduates and expresses gratitude to the Ulster County Chamber Foundation for providing such a meaningful platform for leadership development in the Hudson Valley.
