Our efforts include offering confidential screenings, connecting individuals with treatment options (including counseling and medication-assisted treatment), and facilitating access to peer support groups and recovery resources. By breaking down barriers to care, such as stigma and lack of local resources, we aim to support individuals on their journey to recovery. This work strengthens our community by reducing the impact of SUD, improving overall public health and safety, and fostering an environment of understanding and support for those affected. Ultimately, our SUD and recovery support services contribute to a healthier and more resilient Ellenville region.
Our SUD Community Health Worker links individuals with options for treatment & recovery. It is open to anyone seeking help, We also provide harm reduction supplies & support for those who are not yet ready for treatment. Call or Text 845-807-7564 to speak with the Community Health Worker.
