Deborah Briggs joined the Ellenville Regional Hospital team in 2001 as the Director of Volunteer Services and quickly took on the role of Director of Human Resources as well. In December 2011, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources, Community Relations, Marketing and Volunteer Services. She now serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In addition, she serves as the Executive Director of the Ellenville Regional Hospital Foundation. Her background includes work in both the corporate training and insurance claims fields in both the states of New York and Pennsylvania.

Ms. Briggs earned her Master’s Degree in Human Behavior and Development, with a specialty in Human Services Management from Drexel University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She also earned an Instructor Certification from Development Dimensions International.
