Ellenville Regional Hospital was proud to take part in the 2025 Sullivan County Workforce Summit: Employer Educational Forum, held today at The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Water Park in Monticello.
Hosted by the Sullivan County Center for Workforce Development and the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce, this important event focused on “Redefining Talent: Building Inclusive Workplaces for a Stronger Future.” The summit highlighted inclusive hiring practices, accessibility, and the power of leadership in fostering equitable, stigma-free workplaces.
Our Director of Human Resources and Marketing, Keith Edwards, represented Ellenville Regional Hospital as a panelist during the “Let’s Talk Work” session, where community and business leaders shared insights on supporting employees of all abilities, reducing stigma surrounding mental health and recovery, and building cultures of inclusion.
