The Ellenville Regional Rural Health Network (ERRHN) is committed to improving community well-being by making physical fitness opportunities accessible to everyone. Our initiatives include organizing fitness classes, promoting local walking programs, and partnering with community centers to provide a range of activities suited to all ages and abilities.
Â
By expanding access to physical activity, we aim to reduce sedentary lifestyles, prevent chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes, enhance mental health, and build a stronger, more active community. These efforts play a vital role in improving the overall health and quality of life in the Ellenville region, empowering residents to lead healthier, more active lives.
