Part of the Ellenville Regional Rural Health Network Wellness Program
Work one-on-one with our Nutritionist to build sustainable, healthy habits that support your personal wellness goals.
As the Ellenville Regional Rural Health Network (ERRHN), we recognize the critical connection between nutrition and overall health. Our efforts to support our rural community include offering nutritional coaching, hosting educational workshops on healthy eating, and, at times, facilitating access to healthy food options. These services are especially important in rural areas, where access to nutritious foods and reliable diet-related information can be limited.
By equipping individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to make healthier food choices, we aim to prevent and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, improve overall well-being, and reduce health disparities across the Ellenville region. Our nutrition services play a vital role in fostering a healthier, more resilient rural community.
Our Nutrition Coaching Can Help You With:
Action planning and goal setting toward a healthier lifestyle
Meal planning and meal prepping
Portion control techniques
Easy, healthy meal and snack recipes
