Over the course of this school year, Ellenville Regional Hospital has had the privilege of partnering with the Ulster BOCES Career and Technical Education Program—a collaboration rooted in mentorship, hands-on learning, and community-building.
Together with BOCES faculty, administrators, and students, we:
Hosted campus tours that brought healthcare careers to life
Designed a real-world challenge project to bridge classroom learning with practical application
Welcomed student interns who immersed themselves in the day-to-day workings of our hospital
On Thursday, June 4, this incredible journey culminated in a moment of celebration:
We proudly recognized two outstanding interns for their dedication and professionalism—and we’re thrilled to announce that both will be joining the ERH family as employees after graduating this month! 
In another heartwarming moment, our ERH Auxiliary awarded a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving Ulster BOCES student pursuing a future in healthcare.
