The Grocery Store Tour is a Shoprite tour that is held every other month. It allows community members to meet other people in the community that are interested in healthy eating. Out Nutritionist leads the tour and teaches you about new ingredients and healthy on-the-go options. In 2020, the store tours will be alternating between adult and family based tours. In December we hosted an adult tour session that taught healthy holiday eating tips.
